Reject

Rejects an order that is awaiting retry instructions (status 19). The order’s status changes to 3 (rejected). If the merchant has a disengaged subscription threshold set, Ordergroove also checks the order’s live subscriptions against it and may cancel them. For the full flow, see Retry Instructions.

This endpoint is in Alpha and available by request only. To request access, contact your Customer Success Manager.
